Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to understand their needs and facilitate effective treatment planning.

• Deliver tailored therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to promote clients' personal growth and emotional wellbeing.

• Establish and track therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, utilizing tools to measure progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Implement teletherapy sessions for clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring swift communication and support through secure digital platforms.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to a transparent treatment process.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and trainings to stay informed of current trends and methodologies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We aim to address each individual's needs through trauma-informed care and client-specific engagement strategies, ensuring that our therapeutic approaches are as unique as the individuals we serve.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Psychologist (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective engagement with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• A compassionate demeanor paired with a non-judgmental attitude, ensuring that clients feel valued and understood.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient mental health settings and familiarity with telehealth platforms are highly desirable. Previous work with diverse populations and a demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to the unique backgrounds and experiences of clients will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
