Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and establish effective treatment plans.

• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities for individual therapy sessions, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Track progress toward established therapeutic goals and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to support optimal outcomes.

• Provide engaging telehealth sessions, adapting therapies to accommodate various client needs and circumstances.

• Maintain clinical documentation diligently, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. You will work with a diverse demographic of clients of various ages, backgrounds, and experiences, providing tailored support that respects their unique needs and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required to practice in Maryland.
\n
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and facilitate therapeutic relationships.
\n
• Display a high level of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients, creating a safe and supportive environment for healing.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient settings is a plus, particularly within telehealth frameworks.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches tailored to different client needs.

• Previous experience working with population groups that face particular challenges regarding mental health, including but not limited to marginalized communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes:
