Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, yet you will remain integral to a close-knit team of mental health professionals. Regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enable you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while committing to your clients’ well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate client needs, employing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring the utmost confidentiality of client information.

• Collaborate closely with our dedicated treatment team, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Engage with clients and their families to educate them about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering a supportive and informed atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals grappling with various mental health challenges. From those dealing with the aftermath of trauma to individuals facing anxiety and depression, your role will be vital in helping them achieve emotional stability and resilience. Our outpatient setting allows for comprehensive care that is adaptable to each client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• Demonstrable understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, allowing you to tailor your therapeutic approach for each individual client.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to develop therapeutic relationships rooted in trust.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
