Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide services from your home office while maintaining the flexibility needed to respond to patient needs. Our outpatient office operates Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adjustments possible to accommodate clients' schedules. You will be equipped with the necessary technology and resources to support your work effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health evaluations to assess patients' emotional and psychological needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, addressing common mental health challenges and fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, effectively managing acute situations with compassion and professionalism.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions and treatment options, while guiding them towards available community resources for additional support.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, facing a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. This role requires a compassionate and respectful approach, as well as the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to fit the unique cultural and psychological profiles of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Robust understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with a range of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated capability in conducting mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a wide array of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
