Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible working conditions while maintaining normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a variety of key responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms on clients’ lives.

• Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that integrate their specific needs and goals.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively treat mood disorders.
\n
• Providing education and support to clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
\n
• Monitoring client progress through regular follow-up appointments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Staying informed about the latest developments and research in mood disorder treatments to continuously improve clinical practice.
\n
• Documenting client interactions and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in case consultations and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a collaborative treatment environment.

• Advocating for clients and working towards de-stigmatizing mental health issues within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our client base is diverse, encompassing various backgrounds and demographics. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT, specifically aimed at addressing mood disorders.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome candidates with diverse experiences, those with a proven track record of successful outcomes in treating mood disorders or related areas will be particularly well-suited for this role. Experience in outpatient settings, as well as familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote practice methodologies, is highly valued.
