Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals, regularly evaluate client progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients, expanding access to care for those unable to attend in-person sessions due to geographical or personal constraints.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of client interactions in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
