Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify each client’s needs and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver effective therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, offering clients a space to explore common mental health challenges and build community connections.

• Assist clients in developing essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through therapeutic exercises and guidance.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists to ensure integrated care and support for clients’ complex needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services and essential support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources for additional support.

• Maintain consistent and accurate documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center around serving a diverse client base from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Independent licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas, without supervisory requirements.

• Strong interpersonal skills alongside proficiency in computer systems used for virtual therapy.

• A deep knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
