Our practice operates on a standard weekday schedule, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While the schedule is designed to be consistent, there may be some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs and appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs and challenges, facilitating the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver impactful individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that provide support and knowledge to clients navigating common mental health issues, fostering community engagement.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, ensuring all aspects of a patient’s wellbeing are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services to help patients during critical mental health emergencies and support their immediate needs.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, the range of treatment options available, and how to access community resources that can support their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using an electronic health record (EHR) system to track patient progress.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities to promote professional growth and development.

• Stay informed on the latest evidence-based practices in mental health therapy to continually improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

You will primarily serve a diverse population, including individuals from varying backgrounds dealing with mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
