Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and establish personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, catering to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to foster community and provide resources for common mental health issues.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
