Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ emotional, psychological, and social needs, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to address each patient’s unique challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to promote community and provide vital resources for coping with mental health issues.

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, guiding patients through acute mental health episodes with empathy and support.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health concerns, effective treatments, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain meticulous records of patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health conditions. Our patients encompass different backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, and age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your role will significantly contribute to improving their ability to cope with stress, build resilience, and achieve personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth mental health assessments and craft effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate documentation.

• Proficiency with EHR systems and technology commonly used in telehealth settings.

• Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team structure.

• Experience providing therapy in a community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
