Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with significant trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and adjustment-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

• A genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

Although 2 years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or group therapy facilitation will find themselves well-suited for this role. Experience with virtual therapy platforms is also advantageous, given the remote nature of the position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and the size of your caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
