Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns using diagnostic tools, to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring immediate support and appropriate referrals.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to design and implement comprehensive care plans.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources, advocating for clients' needs and rights in various contexts.

Qualifications\n
