Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique situations and backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques in both individual and group therapy settings, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Work closely with case managers and medical professionals to provide seamless and holistic care, proactively discussing treatment plans and progress during regular interdisciplinary meetings.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, employing your expertise and empathy to stabilize situations and provide immediate support.

• Participate in community outreach programs that aim to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and educate the public about available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients in hospice care, each presenting unique emotional and psychological needs during a particularly vulnerable time. This role requires sensitivity to the challenges faced by individuals and families as they navigate complex grief and loss issues, ensuring that care is both compassionate and impactful.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for establishing trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competency and sensitivity to work effectively with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of USD 70,000 to 100,000 based on your qualifications and experience.
