Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• At least three years of post-licensure experience in clinical counseling, with a focus on mood disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapies, especially CBT and DBT, with a documented history of successful patient outcomes.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and capacity for effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time role is USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
