Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies suited to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, groups, and families.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and client records while adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care that promotes the best outcomes for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at our center, you will work largely with underserved populations facing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. A Master’s or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and clinical caseload.
