Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, goals, and treatment progress.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

• Manage crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring safety and stabilization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, many of whom may face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. You will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions, all while honing your skills in cultural competence and sensitivity.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
