Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and colleagues effectively.

• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor, with a commitment to providing non-judgmental support.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle caseloads efficiently while maintaining quality care.

• A clean disciplinary record with the state licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have experience in community health settings or private practice environments, particularly in working with diverse populations. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is preferred.
