Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting initial assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic interventions for couples and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that include both joint sessions with couples and individual sessions with family members, adapting your approach to meet diverse needs.

• Addressing a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, marital difficulties, family dynamics, communication barriers, grief, and trauma.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to aid clients in processing their emotions and developing coping strategies.

• Documenting client progress and maintaining detailed records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals within the clinic to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
