The ideal candidate will have experience working with a broad spectrum of clients, from individuals facing personal challenges to couples navigating relationship issues and families dealing with systemic concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and valid LMFT license in the state of Maryland; licensure must be in good standing.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with experience in group therapy settings, crisis intervention, or specialized populations (such as children, adolescents, or LGBTQ+ communities) are especially encouraged to apply. The compensation for this full-time role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000.
