Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the needs of couples and families.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focusing on relationship dynamics, conflict resolution, and improving communication skills.

• Address a wide array of challenges including alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job-related stress, and adjustment issues related to separation or divorce.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and frameworks to promote healing and foster healthier relationships within families.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure well-rounded care and support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges. You will work closely with both adults and children/adolescents, developing relationships founded on trust, empathy, and respect. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Supportive Living Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
