Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and a balanced work-life dynamic, while also integrating with our well-established outpatient office settings in Bel Air. We embrace a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, which empowers you to focus on delivering top-notch therapy during client hours, while also engaging in professional development outside of those hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess client needs and collaboratively develop tailored therapy plans that address individual and family dynamics.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based clinical techniques to guide discussions and interventions.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, documenting progress and insights regularly to track therapeutic advancements.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall client outcomes.
\n
• Pursue ongoing training opportunities to stay updated on clinical practices and enhance therapeutic skills, contributing to continuous improvement within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Must hold an active LMFT license in the state of Maryland.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting therapy, with a solid foundation in clinical techniques and theories.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage clients effectively, fostering a productive therapeutic alliance.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct therapeutic experience, ideally in an outpatient setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation standards.

• Experience in working with diverse populations and addressing issues related to mental health and family dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
