Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial mental and emotional health assessments for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with individuals facing terminal illnesses, including their families who are in need of psychological support. The patient population includes a diverse range of backgrounds, ages, and emotional needs, which requires a therapist who can adapt to various situations while providing empathetic and effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required, with preference given to candidates with a Master’s degree.

• Current state licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is mandatory.

• Strong foundational skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
\n
• Proven ability to conduct psychotherapy for diverse client groups, including teens, adults, and couples.
