Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, enabling the development of individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address specific client concerns.

• Engage actively with multidisciplinary team members, including medical staff, case managers, and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed, utilizing data-driven outcomes to inform your clinical decisions.

• Provide education and support to clients' families by promoting a greater understanding of mental health issues and encouraging their involvement in the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with clients in hospice care, who may be facing multifaceted mental health challenges. Your role will be critical in providing the emotional support these clients need to navigate their circumstances and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in mental health counseling, demonstrating extensive knowledge of psychological theory and practices.

• Strong team collaboration skills for working in a remote environment, along with excellent communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
