Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to formulate effective treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, with preference for candidates holding a master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.

• Demonstrated training and experience in mental health counseling, showcasing proficiency in engaging clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities appropriate for client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, with direct involvement in delivering individual and group therapy.
