Our outpatient facility in Vacaville serves as the administrative base but not the primary location for client interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments that identify client needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Lead both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

• Continuously engage in collaborative care, working with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for each patient.

• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, consisting of individuals from various backgrounds facing significant emotional challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. As a licensed mental health counselor, you will play a critical role in supporting clients through their unique journeys, employing tailored approaches that respect their individual experiences and promote mutual trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license or certification specific to your state/jurisdiction such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience providing therapeutic services to clients facing various emotional challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and the ability to build rapport swiftly and effectively.
