Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, facilitating screening processes to identify specific issues and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, as well as group therapy sessions when necessary, to foster community support and shared healing experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are appreciated.

• Demonstrated competence in mental health counseling with specialized training in therapeutic techniques and practices.

• Sound knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating various mental health disorders.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively building rapport with clients and collaborating with fellow team members.
