Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, interests, and preferences.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual’s needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, ensuring that all aspects of care are seamlessly integrated for each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and mental health support for clients facing acute distress during emergencies.

• Engage in community outreach, educational sessions, and workshops that promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ages, and socio-economic statuses. Our client base encompasses those experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
