Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain deep insights into clients' mental health concerns, allowing for the development of effective and tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to meet each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting these goals based on their progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for those facing mobility challenges or who live in remote areas.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines, ensuring all client interactions and progress notes are meticulously recorded.

• Participate in ongoing professional development sessions, including seminars and training on the latest therapeutic practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
