Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client’s mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ specific needs.

• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients with varying accessibility needs, maintaining a focus on providing quality care regardless of location.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
