Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive positive behavior support plans for clients, enhancing their therapeutic experience.

• Engage actively in agency licensing and accreditation processes to uphold high standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to ensure seamless support and access to services.

• Establish and sustain effective communication channels to meet contract standards, promoting the overall mission of Serenity Hope and Healing Counseling within the community.

• Build relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to advocate for our programs and secure additional partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage in continual professional development, attending conferences and training sessions to enhance your skills and represent the agency effectively.

• Promote and integrate the agency's core values and philosophies into daily practice.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the needs of the team and clients.
