Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s trauma history and determine effective treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, focusing on trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing patients with the tools and support necessary to process their trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and promote healing.

• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow mental health professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, lending support to patients in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach towards clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations while providing quality care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
