Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and goals. This includes using validated psychological instruments and clinical interviews to inform treatment strategies.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to address a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, outlining targeted objectives and interventions that align with each client's preferences and treatment ambitions.

• Offer crisis intervention support for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate access to support and referral to needed services.
