Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gain a deep understanding of each client's unique experiences and challenges.

• Develop customized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and person-centered approaches.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide individual therapy sessions that can be conducted either in-person or via teletherapy, accommodating clients who might face accessibility challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical standards, integrating platforms that assist in scheduling and billing for seamless administration.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and trainings to remain current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
