Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client mental health and establish a therapeutic relationship.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
\n
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy to individuals and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use, and other mental health disorders.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their feedback and response to therapy.
\n
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, when medications or additional treatment modalities are indicated.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss case progress and collaborate on treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing varying levels of mental health stability, including those facing challenges related to substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. You will be trained to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally responsive care that respects each individual's experiences and values.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches and a strong understanding of various mental health disorders.

• Effective crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
