Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Design tailored treatment plans incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to promote healing and connection among clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments with accuracy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic and comprehensive care to clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health strategies, resources, and treatment options, ensuring they understand their journey to wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Texas.
