Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and support needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ therapeutic goals and are based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide teletherapy services, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals while tracking client progress through regular sessions and reassessments.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, as well as facilitating effective communication among team members.

• Engage in continuing education and participate in professional development workshops to enhance skills and stay current with advancing therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
