While the majority of your clinical work can be conducted remotely, there may be times when collaboration requires in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient’s strengths, challenges, and unique experiences, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to the diverse backgrounds and personal narratives of your clients, ranging from cognitive behavioral therapy to family systems therapy.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on building resilience through techniques like art therapy, mindfulness, and relational therapy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, equipping patients with coping strategies and resources during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources that can enhance their well-being.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation adhering to all legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy in electronic health records (EHR).

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
