Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews to gather relevant information.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed care, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Monitor client progress diligently, employing regular check-ins and progress notes, while adjusting treatment plans as needed based on the effectiveness of interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, implementing safety plans and connecting them with necessary resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n
