Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify the psychological needs of clients, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through both teletherapy and in-person formats, adapting to the needs and preferences of clients.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the achievement of therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and collaborate on multidisciplinary approaches to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
