Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals experiencing a variety of mood disorders including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

For consideration, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
