Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Create individualized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based methodologies tailored to suit the unique circumstances of each client.
\n
• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, groups, and families, employing various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with other professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, which may include coordinating treatment strategies and sharing vital information.

• Respond to acute crises with immediate interventions, offering support and de-escalation skills to manage clients experiencing severe distress or emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach efforts aimed at elevating mental health awareness, organizing workshops, and educational programs that dismantle stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role provides you with the opportunity to serve a diverse range of clients, including those battling substance use disorders, trauma-related issues, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Proven ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on both verbal and non-verbal interactions.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, applying sensitivity to the diverse values and beliefs of clients.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and treatment tracking.

Compensation and Benefits\n
