Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health concerns through video conferencing and telephonic consultations.

• Develop individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to address the specific diagnoses and circumstances of each client.

• Regularly meet with clients to track progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and offer coping strategies and therapeutic exercises.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in EHR while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or specialists, when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and contribute to collective treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client population, including individuals dealing with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Your ability to apply culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic approaches will be vital in fostering trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of four years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders along with expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, able to remain composed and focused in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
