Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and needs.

The clients you will serve at Everside include individuals navigating various mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use disorders. You will encounter diverse age groups and backgrounds, allowing you to enrich your practice by developing cultural competence and understanding the specific needs and challenges faced by different client demographics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• A solid understanding of various mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish strong rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Technical proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
