Work Environment\n

You will work remotely, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while maintaining a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position allows you to leverage digital health tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to deliver and document care efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs of each patient and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, adapting your approach to suit individual client preferences and needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that encourage community engagement and provide clients with essential coping skills.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, responding swiftly and effectively to mental health emergencies as they arise.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.

• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and various therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment strategies.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy to a multifaceted clientele.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
