Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in initial client assessments to determine mental health status and establish rapport.

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and equip clients with effective coping mechanisms.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that are culturally responsive and inclusive.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) of client interactions and treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMHC or acceptable equivalents in New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of related experience in a mental health setting.

• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.

• Experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
