Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique mental health needs of clients, developing tailored treatment plans that prioritize client goals and therapeutic progress.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, social workers, school psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive, multi-faceted care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention for students in distress, employing therapeutic techniques to de-escalate challenging situations and offer immediate support.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to enhance mental health education among students and parents, aiming to promote awareness and reduce stigma associated with mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be school-aged clients, ranging from early childhood through adolescence, who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral concerns. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, enabling you to enrich your clinical experience and cultural competence.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with a diverse array of clients.

• Strong cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with individuals from various backgrounds and lived experiences.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate documentation within electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
