Our clinic's supportive culture emphasizes work-life balance, with established business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to accurately identify and evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals, preferences, and treatment needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, leveraging modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate substantive mental wellness.

• Educating clients and their families about mood disorders, empowering them with treatment options and self-care strategies to enhance recovery.

• Monitoring and tracking client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
