Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client mood disorders, evaluating the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.

• Work collaboratively with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective therapeutic interventions.

• Provide education about mood disorders, treatment methods, and self-care strategies to clients and their families.
\n
• Regularly track and assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed about advancements in mood disorder treatments to incorporate the latest research into practice.
\n
• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and confidentially while complying with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in professional development, including workshops and training, to enhance your skills and knowledge in mood disorder treatment.

• Advocate for clients, addressing the stigma associated with mood disorders, and ensuring that their mental health needs are recognized and met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our committed team, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds dealing with unique challenges, and your role will be fundamental in helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth understanding of evidence-based treatments for mood disorders, with training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) preferred.

• Strong collaborative skills and familiarity with psychopharmacology to facilitate effective teamwork with psychiatrists and medical professionals.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive therapeutic outcomes with clients struggling with mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
