This position is designed to be remote, allowing therapists the convenience of working from their own home while ensuring they remain connected with the supportive framework of our Hospice Center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
\n
• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure the provision of holistic care while regularly tracking and documenting client progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, utilizing your compassion and expertise to stabilize situations effectively.
\n
• Engage the local community through outreach initiatives and educational programs to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and inform about available resources.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Completion of a master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence in working with diverse populations, fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.

• Strong organizational skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy within a Hospice or end-of-life care setting is strongly preferred.

• A background in community outreach and education on mental health initiatives will be advantageous.

• Familiarity with various treatment modalities tailored to address dual diagnoses or complex mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
