Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, using questionnaires and interviews to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and personal circumstances, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapy approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy, catering to individuals, groups, and families dealing with a wide range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers, ensuring a coordinated approach to holistic care and effective communication about patient progress.

• Respond to crisis situations by employing de-escalation techniques and interventions, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental distress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
